Why is training important?

Relevant legislation

It’s important that you comply with the law and understand the positive impact training can have on your organisation.

All organisations operating within Construction are legally required to adhere to Health and Safety guidelines as set out by the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM), The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

Within these broad guidelines are a plethora of niche health and safety regulations that outline the necessity for both best practice and appropriate training. Some of these include: The Working at Height Regulations 2005, The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005, The Personal Protective Equipment Regulations 1992 and The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005. For more information about how CDM 2015 affects Health and Safey in Construction, take a look at the iHasco CDM Whitepaper.

We found the iHasco platform to be very easy to navigate and the courses well structured. iHasco sales and support team always deliver a brilliant job and made the eLearning booking and implementation process very easy.
