About this course
From unpredictable moods to growing independence, this course covers all the essentials to keeping a healthy relationship with the teenager(s) you live with. Learn how to support your teen’s emotional wellbeing, decode their behaviour, and tackle tricky topics with confidence. You’ll also pick up tips on better communication and building stronger connections.
This course will give an overview of teen development, which is a large part of their behaviour and communication. We’ll cover how to set boundaries and expectations, as well as providing information about how to support their mental health.
Also included are other important topics such as how to balance academic and non-academic activities, relationships with technology, health and wellness, and preparing for adulthood.
