Our experts

Our team of experts help Care organisations up and down the UK work towards compliance with legislation every day. They help make workplace training as straightforward as possible.

I’ve helped hundreds of Care organisations simplify their training process and create safer working environments in the process, including the likes of Stocks Hall Care Homes, Cygnet Health Care and Carers First!

Why is training important?

Relevant legislation

It’s important that you comply with the law and understand the positive impact training can have on your organisation.

Professionals working in the Care industry have a duty to ensure that as well as basic workplace Health and Safety, all their activities fulfil the requirements of more niche legislation – such as guidelines relating to Deprivation of Liberty or Safeguarding. Whatever sector you work in, all workplaces are obliged to comply with legislation set out in The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Care professionals should also be aware of The Mental Capacity Act 2005, The Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (MCA DOLS) and The Health and Social Care Act 2012.
