Male/female fact.
I found it very patronising and not relevant for volunteers. There was nothing about respecting the guidance of the librarians or never working alone or risking jobs you were not confident about.

I would really like to test my knowledge beforehand; if i don't pass then i would expect to see an improvement. this training is drilled into public sector workers time and time again almost on a weekly basis; as such its a chore as there's nothing new. If we pass there should be an advanced course or something instead of making us suffer an hour of learnt knowledge that isn't skip-able. if you pass the advanced test before taking the advanced course then just leave it be. and next year if there'd new stuff just train us on the new knowledge.
Watching the same film every year does not help.

The questions and available answers were so tendentious, it was nearly impossible to not know which answer is correct, even without going through the videos first. One would have to purposely select wrong answers to not pass it.
Confusing, contradictory, virtue signalling mumbo jumbo. An example, sex discrimination is bad one moment then advocating films to be made just for women to see the next. Could have been condensed into 2 mins. Just respect your colleagues.
