The test at the end is not inclusive and does not allow the taker to express and personal views that go against the beliefs of the people that created it. There are religious and moral beliefs that people hold in opposition to some of the points raised. These are just deemed as wrong and to pass the test you have to agree, or choose the options the creators have decided are correct. A complete waste of time and a blatant attempt at indoctrination.
i agree with most of the course but the section on pronouns simply baffles me, at no point do I intend to start calling a single person they or them, at no point will I refer to someone as hiz or whatever the ridiculous name word was. We spend too mush time worrying about sexual orientation, just be friendly and nice to all people and stop over complicating things
I think this course should be done in work's time and not at home.

Positives: gives a very basic grounding in an employees responsibility under UK employment law related to EDI Negatives: Representations and examples are limited to economically advantaged, UK specific contexts, less engaging to a more diverse or international workplace. Using an example of inviting colleagues to a coffee shop for drinks to illustrate inclusivity was particularly ill judged, considering that my organisation promoted this training heavily during Ramadan.
what I find sad about the diversity of people in general.. is how society has turned every one into "type" label on their forehead.. what`s wrong with being classed as just a human being instead of labelling people. It`s all about what`s inside that`s important, being a decent person in life and not labelling people into "clans"

Nothing to do with my work at all, don't agree with a lot of it
I felt this was very patronising in tone and also not fully legally up to date in some areas. Perhaps the content could be reviewed.
