This is all about common sense and if any of it does ever occur in any company it's usually brushed under the carpet in my experience.
Took far longer than anticipated. Tedious and exhausting
PC gone mad bored within 2 mins would have given it -10 stars
Atrociously over complicated terminology for basic common sense principles, I am not a dumb person and I failed many times to the unnecessary sub categorized wordings of the questions. If the intention was to MAKE people fail and to confuse people then very well done ...
Was too long, took 2 hours to complete.
You're spinning out common sense over too long a period. Boring. Make more of an impact - you seem to be afraid of actually highlighting the prejudices, which seems a bit tame in the current climate. 1/5
Whilst the legal terms were good to know - being able to identify the difference between a reasonable adjustment and an accommodation doesn't mean someone's behaviour will be more inclusive. It feels like my employer now is 'covered' to say people were informed of what behaviour is appropriate, but I feel that actual training to challenge perceptions and inappropriate behaviour would be more beneficial.
This Equality & diversity training clearly discriminates against people who don't have a good knowledge of English grammar. They would have had to watch it, instead of clicking straight through to the end and guessing the answers correctly like we did. If you are familiar with the meaning of the words direct, indirect, associative and perceptive, then you will pass.
It really keep in track and good information
