Contradictory nonsense on the whole.

As each section progresses it contradicts the previous. Some of the content is fine but other parts ideological nonsense that is just contradicts earlier sections. If everyone's belief is to be taken into account then 65 odd million people in the UK will need individual procedures in place. Clearly nobody has thought this through.

Pointless

I totally think that the test is 100% a waste of time .i have been working for nearly 40 years of my life and to me the test is just so irrelevant.yes times have changed but not for the better it’s just a load of do gooders creating these test for a pat on the back.sorry if my opinion is not what you wish to hear but that is just my opinion

Assuming people's perceptions of world w

The course does its best to spout left-leaning ideological thinking and it is not of the thinking of a business that should focus on competency of individuals, contrarily in teaches you to categorise people into arbitrary groups of race and gender and not respecting them as individuals. The answer relating to offending someone on someone else's behalf, and calling people racist for not standing up for someone else's rights, not using pronouns which are fundamental to the English language and asking each individual you meet their prefered pronouns, this logic assumes everyone walks around with bubble wrap covering their skin. There's no way you cannot offend someone especially in a country that pedestals the importance of freedom-of-speech, if you offend someone unintentionally that is their problem not yours. Feel I wasted over an hour of time that could be more productive at work !

Waste of company time and money.

Essentially forced to comply with principles I don't agree with (most of them I do). And hypocritically stated within the slides that 'my opinion matters'.

Way too long!

Far too long, far too unfocused. The key points could have been addressed in one tenth of the time.

Translation is disastrous

I started this course in Dutch, and had to give up because it was nonsense and made me angry. E.g. the very first question translates both 'equality' and 'equity' to the same word 'gelijkheid', asks me what is the difference between 'gelijkheid' and 'gelijkheid', then says: No, it's the other way around. My country, in the past, treated Dutch speaking people as second rate, so I felt a bit pressured, humiliated, offended and/or frightened into switching languages by this Diversity training.

Way too long

Over an hour of training with no way to speed up/slow down the content to make it more accessible. Speakers speak very slowly, which can lead to some users switching off. Having a speed up/slow down function as per other training suites would make all content more accessible.Questionable choices regarding the mix/match of the use of Sex and Gender. Could be reworded to be correct, and not confuse the two terms. Recommend taking advice from the trans community rather than HR proffessionals on this topic.
