Very basic course that raises some issues to think about when dealing with patients and colleagues alike and is a good refresher. Having participated in previous EDI seminar done by the Diversity Trust, this course is a relatively poor replacement in comparison but as mentioned before, a good refresher

The learning takes into account everyone but does not allow for factors which influence discrimination. These factors are different for everyone, such as background, actual life events etc
Could be shorter in some areas too long winded
