I feel that some of the terms used for the different aspects/behaviours are inter-changeable, and therefore potentially confusing.
Informative videos, easy to follow and understand, can stop and start as needed.

a good tool asking to always put yourself in someone else's position to see how you would feel.
A lot of information to take in relating to the topics included.
Very detailed information. Well structured course.
I found the course to be quite in depth, with a lot of detail. I did pass the course ok, but think that as we have people with different levels of intelligence and literacy skills, some may struggle with the theory and wording of this and become stressed trying to complete the course. Not sure if some members of staff should be allowed to be coached through the course rather than left on their own to struggle through.
