The bulk of the content was logical and makes sense but, it states as a fact on one summary page that the more diverse a workforce is the more financially successful it will be. This is wrong on so many levels! by that logic a company consisting of 10 black people will not be as financially successful as a company consisting of 5 white people and 5 black people - if that isn't a racist mindset I don't know what is. As a company priding themselves on offering training in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion you need to do better.
This training is the longest I have ever covered in the workplace. Videos were far far too long. Not acceptable for todays e-learning experience
Most people are genuinely good people. If you show them respect, they will show it back.
