Straightforward/educational

Guess we have to move with the times and modern society.Certain topics in the workplace were,tn around when I was a young fellow back all those years ago,,everyday is a school day in the workplace.

Very Informative

The training was very clear and easy to follow resulting in passing the test

5/5
Unhelpful and nonsense in parts

The test at the end is not inclusive and does not allow the taker to express and personal views that go against the beliefs of the people that created it. There are religious and moral beliefs that people hold in opposition to some of the points raised. These are just deemed as wrong and to pass the test you have to agree, or choose the options the creators have decided are correct. A complete waste of time and a blatant attempt at indoctrination.

In person training...

This sort of mandatory training would be much more engaging if it included elements for more kinaesthetic learners: i.e: in person training that involves break out groups and critical thinking and sharing.

I learnt quite a lot of new things!

I’m nit comfortable to call non-binary people ‘they’ because it isn’t grammatically correct, so was happy to learn there are other invented pronouns I can use! Very interesting training, though I became confused with working out what was to do with equality and equity and decided that in the end the word didn’t matter, the behaviour did. Same with positive and passive discrimination. Both are terrible.

A bit long .

A bit long, but then again there is a lot in it to cover .

4/5
Poor user interface

As someone with ADHD it's verging on painful to have to do training like this if I cannot speed up the video. The design of all of your training means you have two overlapping menus at the bottom of the video. This makes it impossible to click on the 3 dot menu to access the speed settings. It made all the training extremely difficult for me, which is particularly ironic for this training, given it was about equality, diversity and inclusion. Finally, given I have done multiple trainings of this type (and created some too), please could you do the test first and then only force us to do the training for any bits we don't answer, or if we get lower than a certain score? It's super annoying to have to do the same training over and over again at different organisations.

Very Useful

Really informative and helps to remind you to actually think and question your own thoughts. Remembering that we all think and feel differently.
