I found the training to be to the point with all the information needed. The break reminders were welcomed and helped to keep me focused throughout.

This course was a well presented course.The two instructor's knew there subjects.It was an in-depth Which I really enjoyed. Kindest regards Ian Ness

I strongly agree that COWI and its employees would benefit greatly if everyone in the organization practices the concepts explained in the course. I hope people would values these highly and treat each other fairly as part of their working lives. Honesty, kindness and inclusion are key to these practices. God bless you !

Very informative & educational

The course provides good awareness for a subject that is often misunderstood or misinterpreted particularly by staff who have not worked in diverse workplaces or not received formal training previously

probably the best online course I have done to date. suggest we take a look at our other courses so we do not duplicate what has been covered on this course.

It's a good course but the topic is incredibly challenging. I often worry about how I address people and whether I offend them. This does help to fill in gaps in my knowledge but I still find it hard
