Subject was too broad and wide ranging without much depth. Difficult to follow as the content was not engaging. Don't feel as though I came away from the session with any new knowledge.
Very important topic but training way too long
Not great for people going through the video it self watching it just made me want to leave the job .knowing that iv been through all the hate and discremention for ten years and nothing changes in the work place
EDI training course is overly long, teaching myself how to suck eggs, doesnt cover certain things in depth as it should, over covers other subject, isnt unbiased.
Mostly filler , the message gets lost in all the ifs and buts and maybes. This is a product directed at mangment and is not suitable for workers .

Good course and good in site to knowledge. However I do feel very vulnerable about saying anything and trying to have banter now due to knock on efforts and also worrying about hearing things from others.
