The content is good, but the sound is very low We use other programmes of yours & the sound is fine on them
The Information provided is useful, but there are question elements in section 1 on which the answers were dependent on an audiovisual video only (even though there are subtitles for the actual training). This is very unhelpful as it prevents hearing impaired users from taking full advantage of the Equality and Diversity training, and rather undermines the training.
found that alot of this training wouldnt need to know unless was running a company, very long winded
Whatever happened to common sense ? I now have no idea whether I am breaking any laws in anything I say or do during my days at work. Thankfully I am not an employer !
Test is a little ambiguous. Did not enjoy this experience at all and I don't think I learnt anything other than there are loads of new words out there which essentially says you have to be nice and show respect for one another! something I was taught as a child but the test made me feel inadequate!
Had no headphones so was purely going off the subtitles. Some of the questions were "trick" like by nature.
