Good clear content but too long and this makes it boring and you loose interest. Suggest breaking it into 20 or 30min parts/sections with a test after each section
as above this course provides very informative training and information.

I would like to say I complete training such as these courses already as I am a registered professional & ideally for any Dental Technician they should form part of our annual CPD requirements.
I think the course was generally good but there were some incorrect generalizations. For example, in my experience in the UK working in safety critical jobs requires UK qualifications. Personally, I came to the UK from 'overseas' but my ancestry is mainly British so I think I would have difficulty claiming any discrimination was 'racial' necessarily. Note - most of Europe, Asia and Africa (most of the world population) is not technically 'overseas' from GB either.

The content is excellent and very informative, I feel it repeats itself in areas and could be reduced, It took me 70 mins with no pauses at all.
I found the course generally useful and indeed some of the visual imagery particularly useful - worth pointing out that some learners are more visual in the way they learn so even this aspect of learning can be part of being inclusive. I did feel that bullying was not covered in depth - not defined and, having had extensive training (and trained others) in this in my previous employment, that was a little disappointing, not least because some people think it stops when you leave school.
