Hard to digest

whilst operating in the work place, this with it's interruption can be hard to remember the technicalities of each areas of discrimination

Too much information to take in

No summary provided

Too many videos

The training videos are informative, however there is too many videos and too much speech/text. If someone with a sensory loss was completing this online training then they would possibly struggle. Small activities as you progress would be beneficial.

2/5
Difficult to test

While taking the test, the program generated messages stating it could not accept my answer. It then did take another answer which was incorrect, so it appeared to block me answering the correct answer. This consequently caused the test to score lower than it should have done.

Did not present positive images of diver

i was disappointed that your religion section made no reference (visual or verbal) to Paganism, which is a legally-recognised religion in the UK and has approximately 1.5 million adherents. Pagans are frequently subjected to discrimination and harassment, especially from Christians and Muslims so I think you really need to address this. Also, your section on gender uses very stereotypical images of women (all long hair, short skirts etc). You could have included a much more diverse range of images (short hair, trousers, for example). There should have been more visual references to lesbians in the gender orientation section too. Also, its a shame you only used a while, male presenter. I think you need to think about your own commitment to diversity a bit more and remember that a picture is worth thousand words.

on line set up

found this particular set up difficult the 3 stages I got to question 15 of the test and went to double check the approach and was put back to question 1 however when I then went to resist the test I was not allowed to do so

2/5
Confusing

Too much confusing information - difficult to follow Information could be condensed into easily understood text

2/5
unhappy with the training suite

The screen froze several times throughout the training programme causing it to be a timely affair when it needn't have been.

Struggled with this course

I struggled with this course due to my dyslexia, I had to keep re visiting the information several times and it took my over 1.2 hours to complete successfully, the information was not as clear as it could be and I found it to be repetitive in places, also some of the questions and how they were set out we a little misleading and I think more info should of been on them to be able to come to a clear answer. scenario's would really help with this i.e. a case study played out in video where you answer questions instead of a written question. As this would help with learning styles of people who don't learn in an academic way and are more kinaesthetic like myself.

2/5
Too long

I know you need to cover this but it was unnecessarily long and covered definitions we don't really need to know.
