VERY INTERESTING
Factual and to the point, not repetitive or too painful
If I am honest I feel that 80%of this is common sense and intuitive. I feel a better more efficient mode of delivery would be to test first and complete the course if one fails the test as it is a big commitment of time?

Am happy I had the opportunity to take this course, it's been very educative and has enhanced my understanding of the importance of making sure everyone around me especially at my workplace is treated fairly and respectfully.
While this was a very long session, it is useful to understand more about the best way to approach people and feel more confident about doing it correctly. Thank you.
Guess we have to move with the times and modern society.Certain topics in the workplace were,tn around when I was a young fellow back all those years ago,,everyday is a school day in the workplace.
