I have little verbal contact with clients, I was asked back into the company after retiring to assist in a new department to give benefit of my experience, so I am an older person. I saw no "older" experienced people in the survey.
Good information but some of the methods are becoming a bit clique, possibly as a result of the number of outsourced call centres.
Very good simple to use, a few questions didn't relate to the service we provide, other than that An in depth survey and good video

Customers service training online has given me great experience to help me work with juniper. It will also help me how to be patience with people outside my job. It gives me opportunity to build a team work and improve my skills. Thank you
Another great course from iHasco with great content and will put together. The course has good audio and files and video's. However as often with iHasco the exam has no video's or audio files, as a suffer of dyslexia this is makes the exams hard work and not the same as the rest of the course. Would be 5 star if exam offered audio files.
clean and straightforward, thank you. [I found a minor technical flaw with regards to jumping backwards and forwards again through the videos but there doesn't seem to be scope on here to elaborate on that issue. other than that it worked pretty well]
