Please can you make it possible for all the training videos to be able to skip straight to the test section. The videos are useful but it’s very frustrating not being able to skip them and just do the test.

A simple course to refresh and confirm good customer service practises.
The content of this course is the basis for all positive people interaction.
A short course made longer by repetition. Some statics need emphasis. Overall an interesting course especially good for those lacking experience with interactions. Personally all the courses take much longer than stated.
SOME GOOD POINTS, BUT CAN BE REPETITIVE ON SOME POINTS. I THINK THAT IT DOES MAKE YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR APPROACH AND HELP WITH THE WAY YOU HANDLING CERTAIN SITUATIONS.
It was a useful course which all should benefit from. It is by it's nature generic but easy to take on board the main themes.
