Do not redefine English to suit.

What is the full meaning of customer? In sales, business, and economics, a customer is someone who buys something from a seller, vendor, or supplier in exchange for money or something else of value. This person is also called a client, buyer, or purchaser. Although they may be a colleague it does not mean that all ,are.

it was very "white"

Not exactly a diverse group of people in the video and so not representative of the population.

long

Most was self explanatory, however this is a useful tool for the individuals new to a customer service role.

Very boring and time taking

Is a very time taking. I’m not really into it at all . I will love to do it in a class as it use to be.

Didn't hold my attention

Opinion based.

On average it takes people 7 seconds to 1 minuet to form an opinion of you as it varies from person to person. Also when you're providing a service in general people would pay more for better quality service however when a customer are buying a product from you're facility they would usually look for the items that are provided at a cheaper rate.

Would suit store assistants more than me

The trouble with this course is that it only goes part of the way; it shows how to maximise customer satisfaction and deal with complaints but does not critically evaluate what this means in a healthcare context. It is too commerce/income-generation focused. For instance, what are the tensions between pleasing a customer to make money and providing a morally worthwhile service? It could have emphasized values as drivers of behavior, so that honesty, truthfulness and caring for others become our 'customer satisfaction' drivers. It could have asked its users to consider the tensions inherent in what a 'customer' not only wants but needs. What if the 'customer' is a patient? Exploration of such issues would be an excellent next (admittedly, more advanced) level of interaction with the subject area.

Good but could be better

If this was the only Customer Service Training I received, I would have been somewhat confident but not completely confident going forward with all that I watched and learned. There wasn't enough Customer Service scenarios, examples, interactions as a means to truly learn.
