Always Room to Improve

There is a saying that 'there is always room to improve' and so I don't normally give 5 Stars. I think a good thing to include would be about there still being a number of people you are dealing with having very little technical know-how. How to assist and demonstrate the understanding of this situation and how to deal with it would be very beneficial.

Very helpful

Even though we are in contact with customers on daily basis, we still need to refresh our customer service skills with this type of training in order to keep up with any situation that may occur while encountering some unhappy customers. This type of training shows us how to better retain customers and more importantly how to handle their complaints and turn situations around.
