Course Review
Difficult for me to judge the course as I have had so much experience in customer service over many years. With that in mind it was therefore below my league and boring, however for anyone with less experience I believe it would have been very useful and for those people I would recommend it.

Very well put together easy to understand
Very well presented and informative. A lot of explanations and knowledge passed on through a video presentation, instead of sometimes reading through and not always taking in.
