the presentations are too lengthy - it would be better if the quiz is at the end of each section rather than at the end
The lack of sincerity, where everyone knows that you have been trained in Customer Services and that they know you have just been told to Thank them, Apologise to them, Try to solve their problem. Whether you care or not is of no consequence. Whatever they say. Robots.
It was quite annoying at parts mainly because of the length and some of the pieces of advice that I already knew but other than that I felt it was somewhat useful.

It was a short course but covered some good points to think about when dealing with a customer. There could have been more on dealing with internal customers.
Although clear and concise in content, I had a problem with sound on this which was a bit off putting at times.
The computer system I have in the office does not have any speakers and therefore I have had to bring in my own earphones to enable me to listen to the course. I also have connectivity issues on a regular basis leading to the computer freezing. This has been reported and not resolved as yet.
