I am sure that this training is good for persons who work for companies selling a product. I completed the training because it is mandatory, however, I don't feel that it fits with our role as offender managers within Probation. Some pieces such as good communication are helpful, however, this is something every offender manager demonstrates with all persons using the service.
Reasonable introduction to customer service however, is generic and basic.
A lot of the information seemed to be repeated making the course longer than was probably necessary
This is a basic introduction to customer service. Those who have a talent for it will find that they already naturally adhere to most of the advice. It's mostly common sense.
Bit to much to take in
not any off the videos would load up for me to watch
Not really that relevant to my role, more of a general customer service course.
The information video on the training did not work, it only covered about 30 - 40% of the training which left a number of questions within the test open to two possible answers - which gave you a 50/5 chance of getting correct.
