Some good tips

On the clips of the gentleman showing us how to speak to customers, we found ourselves watching the girl's responses in the background, dressed in red and black top. Her facial expressions told us that's not what really happens in that office.

Good

Good but would have preferred to actually hear the real life examples - just having one person delivering the dialogue is a bit tedious. Real videos would have added more interest.

Fast-forward function?

Not skip to the back, but like, make it go faster than this pace maybe? I know Linkedln Learning had this function (well it have both fast forward and scroll past the whole video function actually, but the second one maybe not much of a good idea)
