The tone was patronising (I say this as somebody who has been bullied and has helped others in the same boat). Also the links to additional materials in the first half of the course don't work and only link to the slide I was presently watching.

Very good content but length of time to complete took longer than the 22mins. Trying to get on with your day to day work means you have to stop and keep going back.
I was constantly getting error messages and having to redo stuff I had already completed. Wasted a lot of time.
Questions I answered in correctly I did not understand, felt they could have been written in a simpler format rather than a legal interpretation.

good course, but some of the information about tribunals and processes is out of date e.g. BBC website is from 2017, and disciplinary/grievance procedures outdated.
