Content not particularly engaging, one individual giving a monologue most of the time with little role play.

The introduction and explanation was very useful. The explanation of who and how to complain was very useful. Lastly, a few more examples would have been appreciated.

The only thing I didn't hear or pick up on was the reference to "Protected Characteristic" maybe I missed it, or perhaps it was not explained in a suitable manner.

good with everyone doing the course that lessons can be learned going forward no one should be bullied or harassed and this course hopefully gives them the confidence to report it

Helps clarify the distinction between bullying and harassment and details the appropriate course of action. It also clarifies the distinction between strong management and bullying.

Video player could do with the ability to increase speed, I'm usually fine with x1.5 on MetaCompliance and it wouldn't take so long.

Good thought-provoking course which was clearly explained however online presentation was slow at changing between slides and froze during some parts of the presentation.

Having to constantly click the next button after each short video was annoying and distracting, allowing the video to play all the way through would make it less distracting.
