Nothing I wasn't aware of and doesn't assist hugely in my workplace circumstances. Have been a victim in the past and very little was done about it - hopefully times have changed within our organisation.

There is a contradiction between the content and the test at the end. In the content, it is stated that carrying out a "Bullying and Harassment" Risk Assessment is a legal requirement. This is not the case and correctly stated in the test.
I found the amount of slides requiring clicking on the next button that spoilt flow.

good introduction, felt that it was approached well, good emphasis on the distinction between strong management and bullying, steps the employee can take. couple of typos (i.e. question 17) and glitches in sound that can be ironed out though!
