Easy to understand, non complicated

A basic course which I found useful as a refresher course, (I have had past managerial experience of dealing with such issues) and particularly the clear explanation of the difference between bullying and harassment. From experience staff usually find this legalistic distinction difficult to understand and of course in a well managed workplace neither is acceptable.

I was getting bullied by repeated emails telling me to complete the course, so I finally did it. It was good, though a bit long for what it contained. And there was one question in the test that had not been covered in the script.

Sound effects were extremely loud and glitchy. The narrator was clear.

Generally very good delivering clear auditory training together with information presented in various formats to accommodate the different learning styles. This could possibly be improved by incorporating some interactive graphics. The disappointing element for me was the recordings of the additional resources (for this course and also Unconscious Bias) They all seem to freeze at a certain point during play, despite attempting to play them several times - I couldn't view them. I don't know if this was a fault my end but think it may be worth checking out.

Good course - comprehensive and easy to follow - some of the test questions had the same answer covered - i.e weight not a protected characteristic - otherwise excellent

Good stuff but too much legal nicety. Both bullying and harassment (it would have been nice if he pronounced harassment correctly) are unacceptable.

Good course for people with little knowledge of bullying and harassment. Easy to understand and work through and you are given the option to go back to sections if you want to refresh what you have learned. The test at the end is a good way to check your knowledge.
