The Content was great. Clear direct and striaght to the point.Excellent content
The course presented a clear explanation of the issues involved and how we should all deal with what can be a very divisive and destructive situation in the workplace and beyond. The key definitions of the terms were clearly explained and the links between bullying and harassment, which is unlawful, highlighted.
The course was straight forward to follow and it was possible to pause the video to note down the key facts.
