Would recommend SM's to do the same and also roll out similar course on disciplinary procedures. It would be good to have more downloadable content for future reference.

A good guide for people to know at work. Some points a little confusing but overall valuable.
The training is a good start to the legal definitions of bullying etc but needs more actual cases of bullying especially in case where the bullying is less obvious such as micro-managing or belittling especially behind closed doors.
I feel as though one question in the videos was not well written and then q6 in the end questions I don't feel as though this was made clear in the videos. It was to my understanding that bullying was not an unlawful act and therefore could not take any legal action, yet the answer to this question was that you could.
