The training was well paced, clear and informative. I gained a good understanding of bullying and harassment in the workplace and what to do if I saw or experienced it.
I enjoyed this course and learned a lot from it. However, I have given 4 stars rather than 5 only because in failing to achieve 100% in the test at the end of the course, I found that I was not able to repeat it to attempt a full score, despite going through the entire course a second time. I am feeling embarrassed at not getting full marks on a subject of such importance.
My only observation is although a bullying and harassment risk assessment is not mandatory, as a RA for stress is, and stress is often caused by bullying or harassment, how can one legally avoid not doing both?
I found the course interesting but some of the questions i found difficult the way they were said.

It would have good to have a bit more on Harassment included, particularly the legal side of it.
