Makes you aware of how people act or change in the workplace.Very good course.
Badly worded questions, pointless really.
I am being bullied. The training course has been useful in clarifying my next steps. However, more examples of what bullying is and how very badly it affects people would have been useful in this training course. I find it very difficult to come to work sometimes and it is affecting my home life too. The bullying behaviour of some people appears to be part of their personality and therefore, they simply do not see that they are affecting others by their actions. So showing what is not acceptable would be useful for those people to see.
Great presenter and easy to understand all the content thanks to the examples, summaries, conclusion and final test.
This has been a good bless to learn some of the things l didn't know about bullying in a work place,this will help a lot and l will be able to know how to handle such issues if they arise .
Well done folks! I learnt a lot from it.
