Good content, difficult to follow from time to time. some questions written in a way that seem to counteract the answer.
The course was ok however got a little confused at times as there were so many 'brief' sections that crossed from one subject to another making it difficult to take it all in. That said the coarse content was well spoken and probably would have done better if i watched it a couple more times before taking the questionnaire... Needs to be autism friendly!
I thought it was only designed for today's woke society and just a waste of my time

the real characters did not add anything, felt it was unconsciously biased to have women bullying men..not sure the examples were real which can take away from the content. Bullying can be way more subtle. Think that standing whilst confronting a bully could make the situation worse, would suggest both sit whilst having the conversation.

Thank you for an excellent course in terms of content. However, I noticed immediately that it perpetuated some unfortunate stereotypes: a black female employee is consistently depicted as harassing a white male employee. A white female employee is depicted as bullying a white male employee. Not exclusively - but these were the pre-dominant images used and I found them most unfortunate in a dominant culture that tends to de-value black people and women. I wonder if you might consider changing these and using more of a variety of images...?
Managers do not instigate the grievance procedure for the employee, they would investigate using the disciplinary policy. disappointing that the wrong answer is given in the test. Trade union support is vital for any TU member in these circumstances, why is this not referred to?

On slides 3, 4 and 16, in particular, I felt uncomfortable to the point that I had to stop the training temporarily. There is clunking and clicking that made me feel rather disorientated, possibly especially as I was wearing headphones. The sounds were actually within the presentation however it felt/sounded like they could be external, around where I sat, as if perhaps an accident had occurred nearby. Not pleasant and got my heart racing, in a panic.
