I have a qualification in equality and diversity so this is more a reminder than learning anything new
The advice if being bullied or harassed made no mention of trade union advice and support
The content is good but the layout of the page means extra clicks to get through the course and moving of the curser back and forth across the full with of the page which is difficult for someone suffering from RSI. Once someone has clicked the next button, it would be better for the video to start on the next slide automatically than having to move the curser across the screen to click an extra button to start it. Other parts of the course did this, ie the extra information. But I would prefer this on the main course work too. The course would flow much better if this was the case.
I found this quite an easy course to follow and did not realise the differences of bullying

Easy to follow .
The first section was very useful and clearly set out the legal meanings and details behind bullying and harassment. The second section felt rather long and wordy, a timeline or flow chart to show the different reporting routes and processes would have been helpful. Section three ended the course on a positive note. The resources linked to the course were helpful.
