For me the course would be enhanced if it also dealt with what makes a bully bully? And what makes an organization tolerant of or even encouraging of persistent bullies? The power differential was mentioned and HR. Often HR are far from impartial. View points are assessed/weighted according to seniority. Bias of all kinds is rife. Competition and insecurity perpetuate this insidious problem. Meanwhile people and organizations suffer.
Fails to mention what process a company can apply to an underperforming employee who is hiding behind the bullying and harassment regulations to prevent disciplinary action.

I think the content is good but as I am forced to watch the video, whereas I learn by reading the transcript, I am forced to take longer than necessary with the content. Consider adding a timer related to average reading speed rather than using the length of the video.

I already knew a lot about the two topics covered perhaps that is why I am rating it only 3/4 stars. It was informative if someone does not know anything about the topic. I suspect most people taking the course might know a little more than what was presented. I thought it was a good introduction to these topics rather than going into details about some scenarios and actions that could be taken. Answers to the test questions were quite obvious. I would suggest a more in depth course for next time.

Fair introduction to this subject but may be not as straightforward as some of the other courses so far?
The tone was patronising (I say this as somebody who has been bullied and has helped others in the same boat). Also the links to additional materials in the first half of the course don't work and only link to the slide I was presently watching.
