It was great to hear that you don't have to stand alone in these situations that you can speak up and be heard. I know I was it made me a lot stronger knowing there rules and regulations that should be followed .

Badly worded questions, pointless really.
I am being bullied. The training course has been useful in clarifying my next steps. However, more examples of what bullying is and how very badly it affects people would have been useful in this training course. I find it very difficult to come to work sometimes and it is affecting my home life too. The bullying behaviour of some people appears to be part of their personality and therefore, they simply do not see that they are affecting others by their actions. So showing what is not acceptable would be useful for those people to see.
