Being awful to someone about the weight is harassment not bullying. Imagine getting told you're too fat for a job that's discrimination not bullying. That's an awful thing to have in your test.
We should had been given the course work in advance to give us time to learn and fully understand, on my opinion very little were learned, many thanks.
Fat-shaming can still be harassment in reality, re definition 'to harass': "behaviour towards someone that is threatening or that annoys or upsets them" - You can still harass someone about their weight. So maybe you speak of the legal terminology alone, which does not imo cover the actual scope of what harassment is, and can entail. You can harass somebody to buy the next round, harass (hound) somebody about mowing their lawn... these are not protected characteristics. That's why I got rated 90% and not 100%.
I don't think every scenario should have depicted a Black woman harassing a white man. Also, the protected characteristic 'race' image showed a white man. This is insensitive as no one was discriminating against hiring white people. Sexual harassment should have been discussed in more detail and depicted more realistically.
It needs some more clarification in some videos.

Sadly the most important part in the end of one of the sections is not part of the voice over 'It doesn't matter why the bully is treating you poorly, it is still bullying'.
There was a lot of repetitive videos and points from the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, almost to the point I thought I was redoing that course again. I feel the course could be combined as they cover the same behaviors.
It is frustrating that the process does not just flow. I got all the way to the end of the training session, the gentleman said good luck, so i tried to proceed to the test but it forced me all the way back to the start, as I had not waited for the gentleman to prompt me to proceed. If that is going to happen, it would be best to be warned.
