About this course
This online Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene course includes both level 1 and 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, as well as the basics of HACCP and the additional training you need to be level 3 trained. As a manager, supervisor or business owner, you have an ethical and legal obligation to achieve high standards of food safety at all times - to protect your consumers, your staff and your business.
There are many opportunities for food contamination to take place, so you need to ensure that everyone in your business plays their role in preventing and minimising the risks. As food handlers are required to undergo relevant training that's suitable for their position - managers, supervisors and employers must understand the relevant training required for all staff, whether it is for new starters or to meet ongoing training requirements.
As well as covering the basics such as food poisoning, cleaning, and all manner of food handling, we also take you through your legal responsibilities, the role of enforcement officers, implementing a food safety management system, record keeping, pest control, waste management, workplace design, and managing staff training.
Check out our Food Safety & Hygiene Level 1 and Level 2 for your employees, as well as our Food Allergy Awareness, HACCP Level 2, and CoSHH training courses so you can equip all of your staff with the training they need.

Excellent
Enjoyed it thoroughly
whats the point of level 1&2
its great if you work in a kitchen preparing food, not much relevant to my place of work apart from the basics...level 1&2 just wasted my time when completing level 3
Overall very good
There was one question, that made no sense at all. So, my answer was really a gamble and it was incorrect. Never mind, I passed anyway.
Very comprehensive.

Course good, test frustrating
I found some of the questions in the test ambiguous and it was more of a test about whether I understood the question correctly, than the subject matter it was dealing with. I think some of them could have been worded better.
It was very insightful
I am now well accomplished in my level 3 Food Hygiene.
Enjoyed doing course .
There were a few questions I had never heard of before.
Basic Information provided
Found the course to have basic information compared to previous food safety courses i have completed. Also in the exam some of the questions that were asked were not mentioned in the presentations which meant i had to guess the answer and got them incorrect. 1 question was confusing as they talked about cooking at 72 for 2 mins in the presentations but the legal requirement guide states 75 for 2 mins in the guidance notes
