A short online course that aims to identify unconscious bias, both positive and negative, and highlight how these can be limiting in a work environment. It points out the problems this can cause and also benefits of changing one's mindset and the fundamental need to continue to challenge ourselves in the way we think. Some of the examples were clunky though.

Course threw light on some oblivious areas that are impacting decision, thereby awakening the need to be factual in assessment. However, the content appear too many and therefore the need to reduce the slides.

Great overall course; although time consuming! One contradictory question which should be reviewed as is designed to catch people out. This seems to go against the entire course.
I think this a good introductory course to unconscious bias, however, I feel that as it is often something reflected in your interactions with others, then this should be followed up with some kind of group training and understanding of where biases exist for yourself, colleagues and organisation.
I question why the course is targeted at Managers. It's relevant to anyone whose role involves human interactions...
