I enjoyed the training.
This training is very good and very relevant to HTT. I would advise we add more real life examples which will help managers understand more of unconscious biasing practice the daily doing. The culture diversity is key to this business as it widen the knowledge gap and challenging our norms. I real enjoy all the slides and well-done to all involved in preparing this training.

It was made more difficult to concentrate on what the presenter was saying due to poor lip synching. This was a pity as it forms a good overview for people new to the Equality and Diversity arena.
More practical examples will be helpful
It really made me think about myself in a very safe and accessible way ......
I found it useful I would have liked the opportunity to save and repeat after 24 hours
I thought it was pitched at a good level for managers.I would make the tests a bit harder on both this course and the generic unconscious bias course.
Really well put together. I learnt a lot about common types of bias. I enjoyed the speaker's style, she was well-spoken and well presented. I also liked that she was a woman and of colour (more relatable and I listened more as I imagine she had lived experience of experiencing negative/positive bias). As an opportunity for improvement, you might consider including some specific and explicit illustrations and examples of Racial Bias given the recent social upheavals lead by Black Lives Matters.
The course was ok, but not wholly unfamiliar. I thought the questions were a little tough - they picked up on very specific minor details very often. I didn't understand the Horns things at the time if kept appearing (and missed the Halo thing), so got that question wrong. In the 20 final questions, I also got one wrong too, asking if it was strengthening or weakening a negative bias or something, and I simply did not understand the question - I kept re-reading it, then just gave up and chose one answer somewhat randomly (which was wrong). Thus I don't think it was always testing my knowledge or awareness, but trying to catch me out..
