Some questions are badly worded.

Bias is bad whether is positive or negative but sometimes it is necessary. If you have two candidates who are equally qualified, experienced, capable you have to make a choice - do you toss a coin or do you choose the person you think will fit in best?

Very well put together for the time

This was a really well constructed and presented course. I only didn't give it 5 stars becuase this kind of material is moreengaging and memorable for me when worked on in a team in person. However I couldn't imagine a better 45 minute on-line course .

Good tool for a line manager. Helps re-affirm what you do well - and perhaps not so well in your role.

Highlighted things I didn't know.

This is a very tough subject as everybody has biases. That said, this was a course that was at a level and high standard that I understood and was able to take on board easily, well done.
