A helpful reminder of our responsibilities in how we conduct ourselves and our thinking around others

Bias is bad whether is positive or negative but sometimes it is necessary. If you have two candidates who are equally qualified, experienced, capable you have to make a choice - do you toss a coin or do you choose the person you think will fit in best?

This was a really well constructed and presented course. I only didn't give it 5 stars becuase this kind of material is moreengaging and memorable for me when worked on in a team in person. However I couldn't imagine a better 45 minute on-line course .

Very detailed course which has a good assortment of additional resources for use.

Good tool for a line manager. Helps re-affirm what you do well - and perhaps not so well in your role.

This is a very tough subject as everybody has biases. That said, this was a course that was at a level and high standard that I understood and was able to take on board easily, well done.

Interesting and though provoking although repetitive in some areas. Some useful resources to share with colleagues and help raise awareness.
