Interesting and thought-provoking course.

Very relevant to our current circumstances hiring new staff in particular. I found it very interesting and always endeavour to remain unbiased, but the course gave me some added direction to help achieve better results

A very well presented course, very easy to relate to

Course Review

After taking part in this course the content was very heavey and takes away letting managers use there real life experance as managers and off putting for new managers. Very much a tick box exercise course to conform with mandatory training.

very informative

Given me a lot to think about with the team and how not have a bias towards any one person but to include everyone

Dreadful.

Will those that actually need to take this course, take any of it in. Doubtful. Too long and too dull.

Great course

Brings home and makes us aware of our inbuilt bias

Good course

Very practical. A good blend of common sense and psychological information. Useful information sheets on different biases. Good graphics too. Very watchable.

Over reliance on classification of bias

The videos and ways of naming kinds of bias are helpful. The need to rely on the typology looks more like an academic “test” rather than an interviewers aid to comparing candidates.

Thought provoking course

The course was interesting and definitely prompted some thoughts.
