Content good, German translation confusing and in need of improvement

Good examples used to explain and demonstrate content.

This course provided a good overview of the concept of unconscious bias, but most of the content is familiar from general leadership training courses. On its own, this course is not likely to change anyone's behaviour. Additional specific examples, graded exercises (not the do-on-your-own kind), and less obvious test questions would be helpful.

Thought provoking course, within which a lot of useful information was communicated, although also a little long and repetitive at times. Not sure remembering what acronyms etc proves particularly, other than that you listened and took note throughout. Made me realise what bias is also being exhibited around me too though..!

It is easy to say we do not display unconscious bias but, having done this session, I know where this does happen. We may think these things but the modern world dictates that we should acknowledge, challenge and train ourselves to ignore these knee jerk reactions.
