It was interesting and kept my attention all the way through. I presenter is engaging and the use of video clips etc give variety to the training which is important when it is an online training course.

The online learning was good however the video stopped numerous times but this may be local internet connection speed issues. An improvement may be to have different presenters per section, this will help change voice tone and keep interest up. An enjoyable experience with the right length of input.

The content was well thought out, unambiguous and well presented. It certainly made me think. I did not like the fact that the videos were so short, this gave a feeling of being disjointed. Could there not be fewer videos of (say) 3 minutes duration? Without this I'd have given it 5 stars.

Think a percentage of questions should be at after a set of each task of the assignment

Perhaps some additional content for managers about addressing staff/team problems might be useful.

This is very applicable to me and our our workplace. Challenging myself will be a constant but worthwhile effort, however I believe that many of the biases held by myself and others are completely valid and serve to protect us harm, upset, stress... The challenge is therefore, to ensure those that aren't valid aren't allowed to take precedence.

This really made me think and, hopefully will assist me in challenging my own unconscious bias. I think that this subject is extremely important. I thought that the course was delivered well in a clear way. I am grateful that it was on the list of courses.

There should be more example based interactions for better understanding

The additional downloads are really nice and the development of the correct terminology helps with the identification and eradication of problems. The digital resource was slick and easy to use. In places the course felt a little repetitious and may have benefitted from a more academic approach.
