It is simple and clear and repeats itself to reinforce the message around unwanted behaviour and examines intentional or unintentional behaviour which is a common misconception.
As an awareness course it is correct, but this is a complex issue to handle both at work and outside work.
It pin points the elements of a sexual harassment and hence making it clear what constitutes a sexual harassment.
Its a good very basic course...but the grey areas are confusing, the bottom line is its never okay to sexually harass anyone, but the course shows it is okay if both people are okay with it...but then someone witnessing it may not be okay with it therefore it's sexual harassment if they (the third party) are offended by it. Hmm
