information was delivered very clearly and highlighted again and the end of each stage.
covered very well all aspects of Harassment and described well in suitable situations.
Clear and concise
This training was informative, clear and to the point, and not too long! I also found the different scenarios/ examples to be useful.
Thorough and easy to follow
Good overview of sexual harassment in all it forms. The test reinforces the knowledge. If I had one criticism that for me being dyslexic I found recall all the information for the test difficult. I appreciate that you can and relisten but this is time consuming and I had to listen to quite a bit of the programme before I could retest. Bite size training chunky would be easier for me even if. All the questions were reread at the end to reinforce knowledge
well explained
Very easy to understand
Whilst professional & comprehensive, it failed to acknowledge the gendered nature of sexual harassment
Whilst professional & comprehensive, the course failed to acknowledge the gendered nature of sexual harassment. Women (especially young women) experience sexual harassment far more than men. In the first section you say that 'Anyone can be sexually harassed' which is true, but you don't even mention that women experience SH the most, or acknowledge that this is linked to wider violence against women and girls within our society. It could be argued that in failing to do so you are undermining the very awareness that you are seeking to raise. You rightly include representations of sexual harassment by women on men, and it's essential that different peoples' experiences are acknowledged. But I was disappointed that 2 of the 3 male/female examples in section 2, were of female harassers. This was misleading.
Very Basic
To be honest if people do not know these things by the age of 10, then really there is something wrong in the family that would require wider action than this training course.
The course was clear and well presented.
I can highly recommend this course as a clear and concise guide to understanding different ways in which sexual harassment can occur and how such incidents should be handled. It clarifies how the person affected can respond and how their manager needs to react, which is helpful both as part of an organisation and as a manager. Thank you.
Valuable content, poor video performance
The course provided very useful and appropriate content on sexual harassment, which I found informative and relevant. However, the delivery method through video was problematic: videos longer than 30 seconds consistently froze 3 to 4 times, making it difficult to follow the material smoothly. Improving the technical reliability of the video platform would greatly enhance the learning experience.
