Straight to the point and informative
Very good training programme, didn't waffle and made good relevant points. Only thing is the quiz was really easy and didn't test the knowledge learnt much at all as 2 out of the 3 answers were always ridiculous to be right.
The training made me feel validated about past experiences and increased my sense of safety and confidence.
