I'D RECOMMEND THIS FOR EVERY WORKPLACE

A PERFECT ENLIGHTHENING COURSE THAT HELPS PEOPLE IDENTIFY IF THEY ARE BEING HARASSED OR NOT ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE NOT SURE OF THE BEHAVIOUR OF OTHERS.

Waste of ti,e

If sexual harassment is purely about how a person feels about anything – you can ask someone at work to discuss a work topic and they can use sexual harassment as an excuse not to do the work. It all comes down to someone taking offence. Just because someone wants to be offended at every turn should not cause the rest of society to change their behaviour.

Covers the basics but needs more details for clarification

Needs to emphasize more that very subtitle things can count as sexual harassment e.g. a love heart on a message, commenting on someone's clothing/perfume/hair, asking about someone's sexual orientation. Examples that are minor cases of sexual harassment need to be included, not just the overt obvious ones presented. The first example given was asking someone out on a date, whilst stroking them and the other person showing signs of discomfort – but just asking someone out on date (without the other things) is enough to count as sexual harassment.
