Adequate but not great

Keeps to the usual course content in the main. Oddly worded questions at the end of the course............ bizarre......

Lots of information not much interaction

Very video heavy and not much to engage with in terms of learning activities.

The onus is on the victim to confront

I was not a particular fan of this training. I felt there was a heavy emphasis on the victim to report rather than the harasser to be more aware of their behaviour. I think this could also have included a better sense of bystander behaviour. Frankly, I thought this was a poorly written course that was a waste of my time. It didn’t enhance my practice or really tell me anything

my 7 year old could complete it

You dont need to watch the slides to answer the questions. the questions where very easy and could be answered with process of elimination rather than know the right answer.

Irritating

I found it really annoying that in the first two examples of sexual harassment the perpetrators were women. The vast majority of sexual harassment in the workplace is perpetrated by men, and the examples should reflect this. Obviously women can be perpetrators, just as women can be domestic abusers and murderers, but most of the time, those crimes are committed by men.

All ok shame you spell my name incorrect

Fairly concise videos are very slow though given content

2/5
Terrible training

This was too obvious and wasn't helpful in the slightest. The scenarios were incredibly obvious and I would question if there would be anyone who would fail the test at the end. I don't think it dealt with the subtleties of sexual harassment enough and therefore, not really productive.

2/5
Too repetitive

Sometimes less is more and I feel the message could be put over in about half the time. Was it necessary for me to click over 60 times in order to complete the course? I feel it would have had more impact as a continuous video without repeating the same message two or more times.

2/5
Lots of grey areas. Lacks EQ.

Some fairly problematic, highly complex emotional concepts introduced as clearly black and white, for example what can be considered as 'wanted' vs 'unwanted'. General impersonal tone and lack of normal human sensitivity in the presenters. No information on what to do if accused of sexual harassment, especially unintentional (other than noting that this can be upsetting for the harasser), or if falsely accused entirely. Lack of appropriate trigger warnings. At least some acknowledgement that we're all human and make mistakes sometimes would be welcome. It felt like an airline safety demonstration - not the appropriate tone for dealing with human emotion.

Drab, but fine.

Frustrating that this course has exactly the same content each year when we have to do the course again.
