It was a little slow going which made it more difficult to concentrate. I made errors on the test because I had switched off.
The course didn’t show any lifting of light/heavy items , consisting of furniture, up and downstairs. This is the type of work we do and impossible to lift as shown.

To renew it should only require the test

very tedious process, would be great to have an option to watch the videos in 2x speed or even be able to skip past the videos.
Q19 made no sense. My answer was correct for that question. Q19" You should do a practice run of the route you'll be taking to double check....." Correct answer "all of the above". My answer "that there's good lighting and that the floors aren't obstructed, uneven or wet". Quite frustrating and I'm sure a similar thing has happened before.
